Our Services

Audio Systems

At Kalsec Audio, marine sound is more than a service—it’s our passion and our purpose. From day one, we’ve led the industry as expert technicians, installers, and fabricators. Working alongside innovators at Hertz Marine, JL Audio, and other top brands, we don’t just sell gear—we help guide its design, collaborating directly with the engineers who craft the speakers, amplifiers, and DSP software you rely on.

Every system we build is custom designed to captivate both ears and eyes. We begin by listening to your vision and respecting your budget, then bring it to life with meticulous installation and seamless aesthetics.

From selecting the perfect speakers and managing power to optimizing subwoofer placement, phase alignment, and resonance control, we fine-tune every driver with surgical precision—using digital sound processing, EQ, gain staging, and time alignment—to deliver a listening experience that’s nothing short of magical. It’s like rediscovering your favorite tracks for the very first time.

Engineered for durability and smooth performance at any volume, Kalsec Audio systems make a bold statement on your vessel for years to come. If you only need a basic boat radio, we’ll happily point you toward one. But if you’re seeking an immersive, show-stopping audio experience that’ll have everyone talking, you’ve come to the right place.

Multi-Function Displays

Multi-Function Displays are the digital command center of your vessel—delivering control, clarity, and connection at your fingertips. These high-resolution touchscreens serve as the central hub for navigation, sonar, radar, fish finders, engine diagnostics, audio systems, lighting zones, and more. Whether you're trolling offshore or docking at the marina, MFDs put all your critical data in one place for quick, intuitive access.

The number, size, and configuration of displays are customized to each vessel and its owner's preferences—ranging from compact setups to expansive layouts that span the console. We work with you to determine exactly how much information you need to see, where you need to see it, and how best to organize your onboard interface.

Acrylic Overlays
To elevate both aesthetics and durability, Kalsec also designs and installs precision-cut acrylic overlays. These provide a clean, streamlined finish around your displays, often color-matched to your dash and etched with custom labels for each function. It's a finishing touch that brings elegance and clarity to your helm while protecting sensitive electronics from the elements.

Autopilot

Holding course for 40 miles with your hands on the wheel and eyes locked on the heading? That’s not just exhausting—it’s time you could spend rigging tackle, scouting your next fishing spot, or just enjoying the ride. Autopilot systems take the pressure off by managing your heading and throttle with precision, giving you freedom without losing control.

When it’s time to drop anchor, Spot-Lock tech holds your vessel in place automatically—perfect for setting up on a reef, waiting out the tide, or staying put during a bite.

Inshore and off, autopilot has your back—from bridge delays and docking for dinner to keeping your position during casual cruises. It’s a smarter way to captain, built for both the focused angler and the laid-back boater.

Radar Systems

When visibility drops, radar steps in—seeing what you can’t beyond the bow. Whether it’s dense fog, heavy rain, or darkness on the open water, modern radar systems are your eyes when it matters most.

Radar isn’t just for safety, it’s a strategic advantage. Today’s high-performance marine radar can help you locate birds working bait balls, track other vessels, and navigate crowded waterways with confidence.

With the latest technology, threats and objects are color-coded by distance, speed, and motion—giving you instant visual cues to make smarter, faster decisions on the water. When conditions turn or opportunities appear, radar makes sure you’re ready.

Sonar Equipment

When it comes to sonar, clarity and depth are everything. Whether you're scouting structure, tracking fish, or simply navigating shallow waters, the right sonar setup starts with asking: how clearly and how deep do you need to see?

Kalsec installs a full range of sonar technologies—including transducers, sounders, fish finders, and depth finders—matched to your vessel and your style of boating. From high-frequency imaging for crisp detail in shallows, to powerful CHIRP systems that penetrate deep offshore, we help you choose the gear that fits your goals.

All systems are seamlessly integrated with your vessel’s multi-function displays, giving you a unified view of what lies beneath—right alongside your radar, navigation charts, and vessel data.

Rigging and Switching

Modern marine electronics are only as reliable as the systems behind the scenes. At Kalsec, we specialize in the critical—but often overlooked—foundation of every vessel: clean rigging, secure connections, and smart power management.

Whether you're outfitting a new build or upgrading an older boat, proper cable routing, battery management, and electrical integration are essential. We update aging wiring to meet today’s stringent ABYC certification standards, ensuring your boat isn’t just high-performing—but safe, efficient, and built to last.

We support both analog and digital switching systems, tailoring each installation to your vessel’s needs and your preferred interface. From simple toggles to fully integrated smart switching, we make control effortless.

Kalsec sources rugged, marine-grade components from trusted brands like Pacer, BEP, Anchor, and Blue Sea Systems—delivering clean installs with meticulous attention to detail, from breaker panels to buss bars.

Clean rigging isn’t just about performance. It’s peace of mind.

Night Vision and FLIR

Seeing clearly at night isn’t just a luxury—it’s a safety essential. Whether you’re navigating a moonless inlet, docking after sunset, or running offshore before dawn, Kalsec equips your vessel with advanced vision systems designed for total confidence after dark.

SIONYX night vision cameras use low-light amplification to deliver clear, full-color imagery even in near-total darkness—without relying on harsh spreader lights that can blind you or others. These systems provide unmatched situational awareness while preserving your night vision.

FLIR thermal imaging detects heat signatures rather than light, allowing you to see other boats, buoys, and floating debris even through fog, rain, or pitch-black conditions. It’s the same technology trusted by search-and-rescue professionals and military vessels alike.

All installs are powered by top-quality marine wire and rigged to last, integrated seamlessly into your helm layout and multi-function displays.

Because what you can’t see can hurt you. But with the right tools, it won’t.
